- Confirming appointments and dispatch logistics
- Providing customer support related to dispatched service calls
- Improving the reliability and accuracy of our dispatch system
We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing, sell it to lead aggregators, or share it with third-party advertisers.
SMS / Mobile Messaging
Mobile Data Policy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Message frequency varies based on service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
When you interact with HoldFast via SMS, your phone number and message content are used exclusively to route your service request and communicate dispatch updates. Your mobile information is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
HoldFast uses Missed-Call Text-Back (MCTB) architecture. When a homeowner calls a contractor’s business line and the call goes unanswered, HoldFast’s system automatically sends an SMS reply to assist with the service request. This response is triggered by your inbound call — no unsolicited outbound messages are sent.
Data Protection
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We encourage you to contact us immediately if you believe your information has been compromised.
