SMS Service & Messaging Disclosures
Program Name: HoldFast AI Automated Dispatch
By contacting a contractor whose dispatch is managed by HoldFast, or by opting in via web form at holdfastai.com, you provide consent to receive SMS notifications from HoldFast regarding dispatch alerts, service updates, and dispatch confirmations.
HoldFast uses Missed-Call Text-Back (MCTB) architecture. When a homeowner calls a contractor’s business line and the call goes unanswered, HoldFast’s system automatically sends an SMS reply to that homeowner to assist with their service request. The homeowner’s act of placing the call constitutes consent to receive a response via SMS. No unsolicited outbound messages are sent.
Mobile Data Policy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Message frequency varies based on service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

1. Scope of Service
HoldFast provides automated dispatch assistance, caller qualification, and safety guidance for trades professionals and homeowners. Our AI system facilitates communication but does not replace the professional judgment of licensed contractors or emergency services.
HoldFast is not a licensed contractor referral service and does not guarantee the quality, licensing, or availability of any contractor. All service engagements are solely between the contractor and the end customer.
2. Privacy & Data Handling
Your data is managed according to our Privacy Policy. We collect only information necessary to route service requests to qualified contractors. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
By using our SMS service, you consent to receive dispatch-related messages. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.
3. Limitation of Liability
HoldFast and James Brandlen LLC are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our dispatch or communication services. We provide service on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.
4. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
